With that important precision out of the way, I’ll just say this is a very well drawn h-comic about a solitary man, unpopular with man and woman alive, who finally finds someone who cares for him and understands him. It happens to be a slime, but love knows no borders. The slime eventually finds how to take on human appearance, and the bonding can begin!
