We realize soon enough the girl is a terrifying predator, like a human black widow who won’t release her prey once it is lost in her net . I couldn’t ever get hard to this, and yet the drawings were good and, to be frank, precisely because I knew in advance what to expect, more or less, I could thorougly enjoy my read 
Maybe anticipation changes everything ? It’s similar to that feeling with horror movies, I guess. You know you’ll have lots of gore, psycho insinuations, moments when you’ll bolt in your chair from surprise, but you came for this, and if it’s well done, it’s a treat ! ^^
